Preparing for Success

Due Diligence is the final part of the process, once a formal offer has been made.   As part of this final discovery process, acquirers will demand detailed information about your business to confirm the credibility of  your business and identify any inherent risks. So getting your business in shape and your house in order is key.

Any perceived risks could lower the deal value, place more onerous conditions in the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) or undermine the entire business sale.
